Events

Hillbrook prides itself in accommodating for weddings, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, company meetings or picnics, celebration of friendships and more. We are particularly appropriate for small events. However, we can accommodate larger events on our extensive grounds under beautiful tents. Hillbrook provides a banquet manager to assist you with your every need while planning your event, as well as a reliable and talented staff. Our goal is to make your day flawless, while creating a backdrop that is breathtaking. We are ultimately here to create a day to remember! The unique interior of the Inn is a beautiful backdrop for special occasions and helps to create memories that are unforgettable. Therefore, we do accommodate larger events under beautiful tents on our magnificent grounds.

Hillbrook has created some packages, but would be happy to design an event that is specific to your needs and wants. One of our favorite things to do is design an event that is unique and challenging! It allows us to touch into our creative side and truly bring and event to life!

Dining Room
Our elegant dining room is lined with wooden tables, a large wood burning fireplace and a stunning wall of windows. It is the perfect place to hold a small and intimate gathering for your special occasion.
Capacity of Dining Room is 18 guests.
Sunroom
Join us for your event in the quaint sun room over looking the magnificent grounds and beautiful gardens. This room will help to create a wonderful setting for your special event at Hillbrook. We can accommodate a small number of guests in this room, but can also expand into the elegant dining room located just over the threshold of the door. Capacity of Sun Room is 14 guests.
Living Room
Due to our unique architecture at Hillbrook some guests choose to utilize the living room space to add seating for guests. As a staff we make this an extension of our dining facility simply by adding a table to seat an additional eight guests. This room has vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood, glass windows cascading down two walls and two wood burning fireplaces.
Capacity of Living Room is 8 guests.
Mainhouse
Cocktail and Hors D’ Oeuvres By utilizing the entire.Main House for your event, and allowing guests to meander around the interior of the Inn we can accommodate more guests. For this type of event we welcome guests to enjoy every corner of the Inn, and it encourages guests to relax, talk and enjoy the evening.
Capacity for Cocktail and Hors D’ Oeuvres 50-60.
Front Terrace
Hillbrook can offer our stone terrace with a beautiful fountain completely tented to protect your guests. If guests choose to utilize the tavern area, hosts could increase guest lists.
Capacity on Front Terrace is 65 guests and 75 uutilizing Tavern.
Back Yard
Hillbrook is a true story book setting that creates memories that are unforgettable. Therefore, we do accommodate larger events under beautiful tents on our magnificent grounds.
Capacity on the grounds is 150 guests.

Showers

Why is the shower always about the women? We at Hillbrook help you both to celebrate together and create an atmosphere that is conducive to everyone! We open up the bar for the gentleman, add a little golf…baseball or football on TV. Allow them to enjoy the outdoors on the front terrace, while the women meet in the living room for a strawberry and champagne toast, mingle and begin a wonderful afternoon together. Then there is the seating of lunch in our elegant dining facility and then off to open gifts together in the tavern.

Birthdays/Anniversaries

We can cater to all your birthday/anniversarie needs at Hillbrook, whether it is an elegant luncheon, sumptuous dinner or custom cocktail party. We welcome you to schedule a meeting with our event planner to design the perfect birthday for you.

Elegant Birthday Celebration Dinner

We start the evening with a champagne toast in the tavern at 6:00pm. Then off to an elegant three-course dinner seating at 7:00pm in the candlelit dining room. Next guests will return to the tavern for music and laughter. The package includes the following items: 2 types of beer, 2 house wines, champagne toast, dinner, elegant dessert, candle for the birthday lady or gentleman and a bag of Hillbrook Inn Almonds as a gift with an elegant bow placed at each setting.
(This set-up can also be adapted to your specific times, needs and wants. For an additional cost you may upgrade to a full bar or add a musician) Please contact the Hillbrook Inn representative for details and pricing.

Garden Party

A garden party consists of a three course meal in our breakfast room overlooking the extensive backyard. Fresh flowers on the tables, each table is decorated with a personal touch and a gift bag of baked cookies tied with a bow as a gift for your guests to enjoy.
Offered between the times of 12:30pm – 2:30pm.

Concert on the Lawn

Imagine your favorite band under a tent in the back yard, picnicking on the hillside with your favorite beverage surrounded by friends. What a delightful day to enjoy together.

Sweet Treats and Tea Party for Children

Bring your child and five friends to the Hillbrook Inn for a tea party. We welcome children to bring their favorite doll or teddy bear for tea, finger sandwiches and sweets. This wonderful experience really makes the children feel special! Offered between the times of 12:30 pm – 2:30pm. Please contact the Hillbrook Inn representative for details and pricing.

Birthday Zoo Package for Children

Every child loves a zoo, so why not bring their dream to life.  Hillbrook will have a large petting zoo on the property including two ponies for rides, finger sandwiches, mac-n-cheese, fresh fruit tray, chips and pretzels, alligator punch and cup cakes for the celebration.  

We will take the responsibility of set-up and tear down of event.  In addition, we will supply all the decorations for your unique birthday at Hillbrook.  No worries, just enjoying your family, friends and most of all…the BIRTHDAY CHILD!

If you choose you can bring in your own birthday cake!  We are able to supply you with a list of bakeries, photographers and more if needed.  Please inquire!
