Hillbrook Weddings
Creating a wedding at Hillbrook is a true fairy tale. Our goal is to coordinate with individuals to create weddings that are not only breathtaking, but truly bring to life what the host is looking to portray about themselves as individuals or as a couple. When a guest chooses Hillbrook it is an honor to us, because creating memory is something that lasts a lifetime.

Catering To Your Every Need! Hillbrook can pamper you and your guests with an exclusive network of vendors to cater to your every need. We are also willing to create any custom items requested for an event. Some items we have created in the past are: custom linens, lined gift baskets, custom quilts, napkins, cushion covers with elegant pillows and wedding gowns.
Capacity
Dining Room Our elegant dining room is lined with wooden tables, a large wood burning fireplace and a stunning wall of windows. It is the perfect place to hold a small and intimate gathering for your special occasion. Capacity of Dining Room is 18 guests. Sunroom Join us for your event in the quaint sun room over looking the magnificent grounds and beautiful gardens. This room will help to create a wonderful setting for your special event at Hillbrook. We can accommodate a small number of guests in this room, but can also expand into the elegant dining room located just over the threshold of the door.Capacity of Sun Room is 14 guests. Living Room Due to our unique architecture at Hillbrook some guests choose to utilize the living room space to add seating for guests. As a staff we make this an extension of our dining facility simply by adding a table to seat an additional eight guests. This room has vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood, glass windows cascading down two walls and two wood burning fireplaces. Capacity of Living Room is 8 guests. Mainhouse Cocktail and Hors D’ Oeuvres By utilizing the entire.Main House for your event, and allowing guests to meander around the interior of the Inn we can accommodate more guests. For this type of event we welcome guests to enjoy every corner of the Inn, and it encourages guests to relax, talk and enjoy the evening. Capacity for Cocktail and Hors D’ Oeuvres 50-60. Front Terrace Hillbrook can offer our stone terrace with a beautiful fountain completely tented to protect your guests. If guests choose to utilize the tavern area, hosts could increase guest lists. Capacity on Front Terrace is 65 guests and 75 uutilizing Tavern. Back Yard Hillbrook is a true story book setting that creates memories that are unforgettable. Therefore, we do accommodate larger events under beautiful tents on our magnificent grounds. Capacity on the grounds is 150 guests.
Private Chef
Executive Chef Christine Hale will be an intricate part of events at Hillbrook. Her passion for food, elegance in the kitchen and award winning meals make for a unique experience. Her simplistic style and charming personality is one more reason why our guests return to Hillbrook.
Tent Rental
We can accommodate larger numbers of guests on the grounds located behind the main facility. We will create a beautiful tent for up to 150 guests at Hillbrook. This tent will include all the amenities needed for your special event. Included is the following: Tent/Tent Accessories, Tables, Chairs, White or Cream Linens, Outdoor Kitchen, and Bathroom Facility. Additional Amenities that are recommended: Tent liners, Chandeliers, Sub-Floors (required with dance floors), Dance Floor, Stage, Custom Linens and unique Stage Curtains.
Other Rental Items
Hillbrook will proudly assist in rental items that will enhance events. We take pride in making sure that the host is able to create the ambiance they are looking to achieve.
Linen Customization
We own a quilting business named Hillbrook Quilting and are more than willing to custom any items requested for an event at Hillbrook Inn. Some items we have created in the past are; custom lined gift baskets, custom quilts, napkins, table linens, custom cushion covers with elegant pillows and even helped to finish a brides wedding gown.
Guest Room Rental
Events schedule past 3:00 pm you must book all the guest rooms. Rates vary by season and day of the week. Room rates include a one night stay and a two-course gourmet breakfast for 18 guests.
