For over 20 years Executive Chef Christine Hale has been preparing menus at Hillbrook Inn and has come accustomed to creating dishes that are both pleasurable to the palate and accommodating. When preparing our set menu for the evening, Christine takes into consideration the customer’s dietary needs, restrictions and dislikes. So, whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, diabetic or simply want a low carb meal, we promise to create a memorable menu.

Imagine indulging in a romantic dinner in our elegant and eclectic dining room. Add the warmth of a fire and the flicker of candles to set the ambiance for your event. All of this with a meal designed around your favorite foods. Our executive Chef Christine Hale uses only the freshest ingredients to create meal that is both memorable and pleasurable to the palate. Our goal is to give our guests an extraordinary culinary experience that enhances and compliments their event.
Five-Course Candlelit Dinner
Sumptuous five-course candlelit dinner served in our elegant and eclectic dining room THURSDAY - SUNDAY SEATING PROMPTLY AT 8:00PM . Our menu is determined by the market availability as well as dietary needs, restrictions and dislikes of our guests in the dining room. There will be no menu presented at dinner, instead every course is a pleasant surprise designed by Executive Chef Christine Hale. Please do not hesitate to tell us your dietary preferences, because you will be pleasantly surprised with her ability to adapt a menu for the dietary needs of all our guests; including the needs of a diabetic or a vegetarian guest. Along with a long list of dietary requirements and allergies we often work around, Executive Chef Christine Hale incorporates only the freshest and finest of ingredients in her set menu. Reservation Required. $65.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Leisurely Three-Course Lunch
Join us for a three-course leisurely lunch overlooking our extensive grounds between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM THURSDAY - SUNDAY. There will be no menu presented at lunch at Hillbrook Inn. Instead, Executive Chef Christine Hale takes the dietary needs, restrictions and dislikes and designs a set menu daily to accommodate guest’s needs. Each course is a splendid surprise and a delightful experience for your palate. Reservations Required. $35.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Rejuvenating Two-Course Breakfast
FRIDAY - MONDAY a delicious two-course gourmet breakfast will be served on thebreakfast porch in the morning between 8:30am - 10:00am. Included with your room stay.
Bullskin Tavern
OPEN THURSDAY - SUNDAY You do not have to be a guest of Hillbrook Inn to join us for a cocktail. Enjoy the bar, sit in front of the roaring fire in our living room or take pleasure in sitting on the sunny front terrace. Many guests enjoy playing on the baby grand piano or listening to the fountain on the front terrace during their visit. You are welcome to stop by the Tavern for a drink and a tour of the Inn.
High Tea Consisting of Five-courses of Savories and Sweets
THURSDAY - SUNDAY 12:00PM – 2:00PM Relax with friends and enjoy Five-Courses ofSavories and Sweets. Perhaps you could even indulge in a glass of chilled Champagnein our elegant and cozy surroundings. This traditional afternoon may be the perfect backdrop for your next garden meeting, bridal shower or just a day to refresh yourself with the company of friends.
