THE FACILITIES
Hillbrook is particularly appropriate for relatively small, less traditional,
wedding ceremonies and celebrations of marriage, but can accommodate larger numbers including banquet-style seating and dance bands under tents on the extensive grounds.
The elegant, antique-filled Main House at the Inn is the perfect place
to hold such a function.
CAPACITY
The unique interior of the Inn is a beautiful backdrop for special occasions and helps to create memories that are unforgettable. However, due to the space and architecture of the main house we are limited to what we can accommodate.
Dining Room
Our elegant dining room is lined with wooden tables, a large wood burning fireplace and a stunning wall of windows. It is the perfect place to hold a small and intimate gathering for your special occasion.
Capacity of Dining Room is 18 guests
Sun Room
Join us for your event in the quaint sun room over looking the magnificent grounds and beautiful gardens. This room will help to create a wonderful setting for your special event at Hillbrook. We can accommodate a small number of guests in this room, but can also expand into the elegant dining room located just over the threshold of the door.
Capacity of Sun Room is 14 guests
Living Room
Due to our unique architecture at Hillbrook some guests choose to utilize the living room space to add seating for guests. As a staff we make this an extension of our dining facility simply by adding a table to seat an additional eight guests. This room has vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood, glass windows cascading down two walls and two wood burning fireplaces.
Capacity of Living Room is 8 guests
Main House Cocktail and Hors D’ Oeuvres
By utilizing the entire Main House for your event, and allowing guests to meander around the interior of the Inn we can accommodate more guests. For this type of event we welcome guests to enjoy every corner of the Inn, and it encourages guests to relax, talk and enjoy the evening.

Facility Fee for Main House $1,800.00
GUEST ROOM RENTAL
If you schedule an event at the Inn that will run past 3:00 pm you
must book all the guest rooms. Rates vary by season and day of the
week. On Saturday the rate is $2700 for nine rooms and breakfast for
eighteen.
TENT RENTAL
We can accommodate a larger numbers of guests on the grounds located behind the main facility. We will create a beautiful tent for up to 150 guests at Hillbrook. This tent will include all the amenities needed for your special event.
Included is the following:
Pole Tent/Accessories, Tables, Chairs, White or Cream Linens, Dance Floor, Outdoor Kitchen, and Bathroom Facility.
OTHER RENTAL ITEMS
Depending on your requirements, rental charges can account for a major portion of the cost of your event. You must be prepared to spend $30 or more per person for a seated gathering with standard china, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs, and linens. Custom linens and specialty items can greatly increase the cost.

FOOD
All food at Hillbrook is made from the finest quality, freshest ingredients available, cooked to order especially for your event. We pride ourselves on preparing unusual and enticing meals that are delicious, healthy, and attractive. Menus run from
$50 per person for a simple finger-food buffet to $80 or more for a seated dinner.
BAR
All beverages for your event must be purchased through the Inn. Bar prices run from a minimum of $25 per person for house brands of beer and wine to $65 or more for a full bar featuring premium brands. By law, alcohol cannot be served before 1:00 on Sunday.
WEDDING CAKE
We will be happy to arrange for your cake and decorate it with fresh flowers. We charge a $100 service fee if you provide the cake.
STAFF
We charge $20 per hour for waitstafff and bartenders, including setup and break down time. Consultation time is charged at $50 per hour after the first four hours.
FLOWERS
We work with a very talented team of florists and would be happy to provide floral arrangements and decorations for your wedding.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
We will be happy to provide you with the names of photographers who have shot weddings at Hillbrook.
MINISTER
If you plan to be married at the Inn, we will be happy to help you find someone licensed to perform marriages in West Virginia.
CHILDREN
Well-supervised children are welcome, but we would like to be notified
in advance. This allows us to prepare food, and have equipment
or supplies ready upon their arrival. Food prices are not
discounted for children.
WEDDING
CONSULTANT
We have a wedding consultant on staff to help you with every need while planning your event at Hillbrook. It is important to us that each event is done with care and special attention. We do not want any items to go unnoticed and pay such special attention to detail. In addition, a member of our management team and staff members will be with your guests for the entire event to insure that everything is as perfect as possible!
We have included time for you to sit with our wedding consultant and Executive Chef Christine Hale. Once the time allotted is passed, we will have to charge you on an hourly basis for their precious time.
$50.00 per additional hour.
